When Securing a kill after reaching four Concussive Blows stacks

Tip Q applies the first Concussive Blows stack, and three more basic attacks reach four stacks for a 1.25-second stun. R can then extend the control with a knock-up. Allied basic attacks also add stacks, allowing the stun to trigger sooner.
