Why it works

Blade of the Ruined King and Guinsoo's Rageblade strengthen the attacks and Rend spear stacks built while hopping with Martial Poise. Runaan's Hurricane spreads spears and on-hit effects, Terminus stacks hybrid penetration, and Amaranth's Twinguard supplies defenses to keep hopping under focus. Lethal Tempo and Legend: Alacrity maximize spear accumulation.
