Why it works

Duskblade of Draktharr and Serpent's Fang strengthen the first attack and shield pressure after Paranoia isolates a target. Serylda's Grudge penetrates Armor, Sundered Sky heals on an attack between abilities, and Stridebreaker is the sole active item for sticking after landing. In the combo simulation, repeated attacks stack Lethal Tempo and make the follow-up attack sequence the most efficient.
