Tip Q can hit the same champion on both the outward and return paths, but it does not grant attack speed. Lead the target so both passes connect, then use the passive movement speed from damaging a champion to add a basic attack; cast E only when a retaliation spell is actually coming.

Tip W gives 25% attack speed and ricochets; open with a basic attack to apply it, then Q for area. Q scales with critical strike and W's ricochets also critical strike, so the two synergize well.

Tip R grants movement speed and 30% basic-ability cooldown reduction for the chase. Use W and Q repeatedly as their cooldowns return, while E blocks the most important incoming spell or crowd-control effect.

Tip Time E to block the incoming spell — it heals Sivir and grants Fleet of Foot. Immediately counter with W-empowered basic attacks and Q. The movement speed from a successful block also helps Sivir close distance.
