Why it works

Trinity Force's Spellblade attaches directly to attacks empowered by Siphoning Strike, and Sundered Sky adds healing to the first attack between ability rotations. Serylda's Grudge supplies percentage penetration against armored targets, while Frozen Heart and Amaranth's Twinguard improve frontline durability during Fury of the Sands. Crimson Lucidity accelerates Siphoning Strike and Wither rotations. In the combo simulation, collecting Grasp with an attack in each short lane trade is the most reliable pattern.
