Hextech Rocketbelt is the build's only active item and adjusts Flamespitter positioning or Overheat attack range; Spellslinger's Shoes add magic penetration. In the combo simulation, Arcane Comet triggers from the first ability hit and gives repeated poke the most reliable expected damage.
